Introductions are always hard because you don’t know what to say, what to leave out and in which order to say it all. I believe that more should be said and great details given to the actual methods of Dr. Samhouri, how he creates fantastically effective workouts that help people get rid of stubborn body fat very quickly and how his programs actually make your body melt off fat faster than it usually does.
